EXCHANGES 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not accept returns, we are more than happy to exchange your unworn jewelry. Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@logantay.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with an exchange form to include in your return package.

Please note that Hurley X Logan Tay, Audrey Muse, Hannah Leigh, Ana Stowell 2.0, Custom, Vintage, Showroom sales and Trunk Show Sales items are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, orders placed with a discount code and sale orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept cancellations.

Once we receive your return package, we will process your exchange as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Customer is required to cover the shipping costs for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped back to you.

INTERNATIONAL

All international sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or return. Logan Tay is not liable for international shipments lost in transit. For any damages covered under our warranty, we are pleased to provide repair services; however, international customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
