PROCESS & PRODUCTION TIME

We take pride in crafting each piece by hand and made-to-order just for you. As a small business, please allow us up to 2 to 5 business days to process and produce your order. Please note that production time may increase during new collection releases. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship it to you via USPS First Class mail or the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule and the destination country's customs clearance process. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

 

PICKUP

We’re excited for you to pick up your order! Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Keep an eye out for an additional email from us to schedule a day and time that works best for you to pick up your new pieces.

All pickup orders will be available at our showroom in Palm Beach. Please note that our showroom is only open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, so pickups must be scheduled during these hours. Processing times vary depending on the piece—most orders will be ready within 2 to 4 business days, but custom pieces, like our Engraved Heart Necklace, may take a bit longer to create.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@logantay.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling or delivery errors. We provide Route Package Protection for these situations and strongly suggest that each customer purchase this package insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • We ship our products to North America and Europe.

  • Please note that duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for international orders. Customers don't have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

  • We use DHL Express shipping service with a tracking number to ship and deliver our products. This allows customers to track their packages and receive them in a timely and secure manner.

  • Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method to pay for our products. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and others, depending on the country of the customer. We strive to make the purchasing process as convenient and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
