Repair & Refresh Bundle

At Logan Tay, we believe jewelry should evolve with you. Some of our favorite pieces are the ones that tell a story, collect memories, and become uniquely your own over time.

Whether you'd like to refresh a well-loved piece, reposition charms, or make a simple repair, our Repair & Refresh Bundle is designed to help keep your jewelry looking and feeling its best.

For a flat fee of $35, our team will carefully assess your piece and complete many common repairs and adjustments, including:

• Reattaching charms
• Replacing jump rings
• Repairing or replacing damaged lobster clasps
• Repositioning existing charms
• Refreshing the layout of a custom piece
• Restringing a piece if the chain or strand has broken

This service includes repair labor, quality inspection, and return shipping.

After purchasing the Repair & Refresh Bundle, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with details about the repair or adjustment you'd like us to make, along with photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending your piece to us.

Once your jewelry arrives, we'll carefully inspect it and complete the requested repairs. If additional work is required beyond the scope of the Repair & Refresh Bundle, we'll reach out before proceeding.

All repair requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For pieces purchased more than 60 days ago, Logan Tay reserves the right to assess the condition of the piece and determine the most appropriate repair solution.
